Quiz- Rule of thirds

1. This pictures is a story of balance getting to where you want in life. I got this by seeing the person balancing his way to the house, the person is placed on the downward left position and the house is located in the upper right corner. Thus creating the story of balance.
2. The dock ends on the upper right corner and starts in the lower left, the mountain can almost be a line itself this opens up the background of the lake.
3. In this picture his hand leads you to the bird, the bird being in the upper right corner, partialy his upper body in the left corner and him standing on the rule of third line, his bag in the lower left corner. His arm leads us to the bird flying and the audience is blurred then creating the story that their is a contest or a performance that the man and his bird are premforming.

Leading Lines

The purpose of this is to have lines leading to the center of attention

Layers

This assignment shows us how to use layers in an affective way making pictures far more dramatic out of the state they were orginaly in.

Rule of Thirds

The rule of thirds is used to show the center of attention but yet the background. It shows the quality of both. When a line intercepts with another it shows where a point of intrest could be.

Duotone

The Duotone showed us how to use quick mask, and how to blur a background.
